Q: What is your standard processing time on orders?
A: We aim to process our orders within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. All of our candles and melts are hand poured and we pride ourselves in getting orders shipped out as quickly as possible. Personalized orders can take up to 5 -10 business days depending on the order. Orders ship Monday-Friday and occasionally Saturdays. During our summer months, orders are only shipped Monday-Wednesday.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, unfortunately not at this time.
Q: Can my order be shipped to multiple locations?
A: No, unfortunately, we only ship to one address per order.

A: Our candles and wax melts are made with a proprietary soy blend wax, 100% premium phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton braided wicks.
