Q: What is your standard processing time on orders?

A: We strive to process orders within 24–48 hours after they’re placed. Since all of our candles and melts are hand-poured, we take pride in ensuring high quality and aim to ship as quickly as possible.

  • Personalized orders: These can take 5–10 business days, depending on the order.
  • Shipping schedule: Orders are shipped Monday–Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. During the summer months, we ship only Monday–Wednesday to ensure product integrity during warmer weather.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: At this time, expedited shipping is not available.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately, we currently ship only within the United States.

Q: Can my order be shipped to multiple locations?

A: No, we can only ship to one address per order.
