Shipping Details

We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS.

- Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 on all orders under $50  
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $50 or more  
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 2–5 business days depending on location.

All orders are shipped plastic-free and packed with care in eco-friendly materials.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that meet the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Request Process: Email us at hello@dahliacandlecompany.com to request a return or exchange.

Steps for Returns:

• Contact us with your return request, including your order details, at hello@dahliacandlecompany.com.
• We will issue a Return Authorization Form and a Return Authorization Number (RA#), along with return instructions.
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange promptly.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by us.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure safe delivery.
