Dahlia Candle Company only ships domestically within the United States, Monday-Friday and on Saturdays if Monday falls on a holiday. During the summer season, we only ship Monday-Wednesday. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after order placement. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Flat Rate and UPS Ground, allowing 2-7 business days for delivery. Delivery may take longer if shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Once the postal service has scanned and received your package, I am unable to control its delivery timeline.

Our return policy allows for items to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date as long as they are in their original and unused condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please email customer service at dahliacandlecompany.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receiving your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the following address:
